Programme Description

Strong takes everything you've built in Fit and adds load. It's a structured, progressive strength programme built around defined phases — where real gains are made, each session builds on the last, and the coaching never stops. Members can also take part in optional Big Lifts events to test their progress with the S&P community around them. A movement assessment may be required before joining Strong directly.
