Strong runs on a structured block system, split into defined phases. Every phase has a purpose, every session builds on the last — progression is built into the programme.
Progressive Overload Built In
Strong is built around adding load over time. You'll develop real, measurable strength as the programme pushes you further with each phase.
Expert Coaching Throughout
Every Strong session is coach-led. Your technique is always a priority, and your coaches are with you every step of the way as the weight goes up.
The Big Lifts Social
The Big Lifts Social is an optional community event where you put your strength to the test with your S&P family around you.
