New to Fitness?
Everyone Starts Somewhere. Start Here. Most people who join S&P haven't trained in a structured environment before. That's not a problem — it's exactly what S&P is built for. The programmes are designed to meet you where you are, the coaches are there to fill the gaps, and the only thing you need to walk through the door is a willingness to show up.
What to Expect
Your First Few Steps at S&P.
Step 1 — A Conversation First: You'll sit down with Head Coach Karl, talk through your goals, and get matched to the right programme.
Step 2 — Health Screening: A PAR-Q form covers the basics — so coaching can be tailored, safe, and effective from day one.
Step 3 — Movement Assessment (if needed): Joining Strong? We'll book a movement assessment before your first class. Getting the foundations right matters more than getting started fast.
Step 4 — First Class: Small group, coach on the floor, programme already written. Show up and train.
