Programme Description

The Fit programme is where most new members begin. Designed to improve cardiovascular capacity while introducing you to new movements, techniques, and specialist equipment you won't find in a commercial gym, Fit is the perfect launchpad for anyone ready to train with real purpose. Members who want to put their progress to the test can take part in the S&P Combine — a timed community event with friends and family there to cheer you on.
